Principles in Self Defense


In the way to learn self defense you have to know some principles which help you in this but of course it needs good fitness and training.
One movement could be enough and effective to save you in danger, but you have to practice it all the time to convert it to suitable weapon to guard yourself.
First, harmony with the opponent is necessary, if he push you back push with him in the same direction, that will make his strength against him
Attack the enemy in the weak point like his eye or his finger or even bite him
Train for one move – for example the straight punch practice it for 15 minutes daily that is enough to convert it to lethal weapon against any opponent
Hit sand bag or choose any woody target to practice kicks and punches and do that weakly or daily if you can.
For girls you can use a key or a pin against the attacker
It will be better to acting the fight with a friend to prepare yourself for any accident
Finally you have to improve your fitness all the time but do not mean to look for troubles.
It is better to avoid problems but you have to prepare yourself for it.
Do not forget Kung fu is mercy and for peace not to hurt others.
